摘　　要：经皮导管血栓抽吸术在急性ST抬高型心肌梗死急诊PCI术中的临床应用价值依然备受质疑,文章通过分析最近的AT相关报道,结合临床经验提出一些问题及解决方法。The clinical value of percutaneous catheter thrombectomy for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction in emergency PCI is still being questioned.In this paper,we analyzed the recent AT related reports and puts forward some problems and solutions in combination with clinical experience.
