雷火灸治疗血栓性外痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨雷火灸治疗血栓性外痔的疗效。方法:收治血栓性外痔患者80例,随机分为治疗组(雷火灸治疗)和对照组(肛肠熏洗药治疗),各40例。治疗组采用雷火灸治疗,对照组采用肛肠熏洗药治疗。结果:治疗组总痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸治疗血栓性外痔疗效良好,并且操作简单,安全实用。Objective:To explore the efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion in treating thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods:80 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group(with thunder fire moxibustion treatment)and the control group(with anorectal fumigation treatment)with 40 cases in each group.Results:The total cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion is effective and safe in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.
