摘　　要：目的:探讨益血生改善药物相关性全血细胞减少症的效果。方法:收治药物相关性全血细胞减少症患者100例分成两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益血生胶囊。结果:治疗后14 d、21 d观察组患者平均白细胞计数、平均血红蛋白值、平均血小板计数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗21 d内不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益血生胶囊对药物相关性全血细胞减少的效果确切。Objective:To explore the effect of Yi Xue Sheng on improving drug related whole blood cytopenia.Methods:100 patients with drug-related whole blood cytopenia were selected,the control group received routine treatment,the observation group was additionally given the Yi Xue Sheng capsule on the basis of the control group.Results:The average white blood cell count,the mean hemoglobin value and the average platelet count at the 14d and 21d after treatment of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yi Xue Sheng capsule on drug related whole blood cell reduction is exact.
