摘　　要：目的:探讨口服中药(心悦胶囊)对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后病变修复的临床疗效。方法:收治PCI术后冠心病患者40例,随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组在常规治疗基础上,加用口服中药(心悦胶囊)治疗;对照组在常规治疗基础上,加用安慰剂,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组的病变修复效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口服中药(心悦胶囊)对经皮冠状动脉介入术后病变修复的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the effect of oral Chinese medicine(Xin Yue capsule)on repair of lesions after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:40 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with conventional therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine(Xin Yue capsule),and the control group was treated with conventional therapy combined with placebo,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the repair effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of oral Chinese medicine(Xin Yue capsule)on repair of lesions after percutaneous coronary intervention was significant.
