中西医结合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折合并肩关节脱位疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折并肩关节脱位的效果。方法:收治肱骨外科颈骨折合并肩关节脱位患者64例,随机分为试验组与对照组,各32例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上进行中西医结合治疗。结果:患者术后VAS得分呈逐渐降低趋势,其中试验组患者在术后3 d与1、2周的得分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。试验组康复治疗依从性与Neer评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率、住院时间和治疗费用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折并肩关节脱位,治疗依从性好,并发症发生率低。Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture and shoulder joint dislocation.Methods:64 cases of humeral surgical neck fracture combined with shoulder dislocation were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of the treatment given in the control group.Results:The score of VAS decreased gradually,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 3 days,1 weeks and 2 weeks after the operation(P<0.05).The compliance and Neer scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The complication rate,hospitalization time and treatment cost were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture shoulder joint dislocation,treatment compliance is good,the incidence of complications is low.
