摘　　要：目的:探讨内分泌科常见危急值种类及特点。方法:收集内分泌科2017年1月-2018年1月的248例危急值报告结果,分析危急值发生的种类、时间及原因。结果:血钾异常35例(14.11%),白细胞异常35例(14.11%),血糖异常31例(12.5%),pH值异常22例(8.87%),血培养异常20例(8.06%)。结论:内分泌科危急值报告项目主要为电解质、白细胞、血糖、血培养、血常规异常,易发生在8:00-17:30时间段。Objective:To investigate the types and characteristics of common critical values in department of endocrinology.Methods:The report results of 248 cases of critical values in department of endocrinology from January in 2017 to January in 2018 were collected,and the types,time and causes of the occurrence of critical values were analyzed.Results:There were 35 cases with abnormal potassium(14.11%),35 cases with leukocyte abnormality(14.11%),31 cases with abnormal blood glucose(12.5%),22 cases with abnormal PH(8.87%),20 cases with abnormal blood culture(8.06%).Conclusion:The main reports of critical value in department of endocrinology were electrolytes,leukocytes,blood glucose,blood culture and abnormal blood gas,which were easy to occur in the 8:00-17:30 period.
