孕26周合并偏执型精神分裂症患者的护理方法分析1例

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕妇合并偏执型精神分裂症患者的护理。方法:对1例孕26周合并偏执型精神分裂症患者的护理进行分析总结。结果:对患者实施全面性和针对性的护理后,患者正常妊娠,同时偏执型精神分裂症症状得到了明显好转。结论:在对妊娠合并偏执型精神分裂症患者实施临床护理时,需针对其病情实施针对性护理,以期取得较好护理效果。Objective:To explore the nursing of pregnant women with paranoid schizophrenia.Methods:We analyzed and summarized the nursing of 1 case of paranoid schizophrenia with 26 weeks'gestation.Results:After carrying out comprehensive and targeted nursing,patient with normal pregnancy and paranoid schizophrenia symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion:When carrying out clinical nursing for pregnant patients with paranoid schizophrenia,we need to carry out targeted nursing according to their condition so as to achieve better nursing effect.
