摘　　要：学术论文的发表反映了一个专家的学术科研能力,在医院层面上则反映了整个医院的学术水平。文章介绍了应用PDCA循环管理工具结合学术发展动向持续改进医院学术论文的报销和奖励制度,从而更好地为科研工作服务,提高医院的学术水平。The publication of academic papers reflects the academic research ability of an expert,and reflects the academic level of the whole hospital at the hospital level.This article introduces the application of PDCA cycle management tool combined with academic development trend to continuously improve reimbursement and reward system for academic papers in hospitals,so as to better serve the scientific research work and improve the academic level of the hospital.
