摘　　要：本文对欧美发达国家发展绿色金融中的政府、银行、企业等行为进行梳理,分析其实践经验及对我国的启示,提出发挥政府主导、金融机构主动作为、企业和公众积极配合的绿色金融发展建议。The paper reviews behaviors of the government,banks and enterprises of the developed countries in Europe and America when developing green finance,analyzes their experience and enlightenment to China,proposes suggestions on how to develop green finance in China,such as that the government should play a leading role,financial institutions take the initiative actions with the active cooperation of enterprises and the public.
