金融助推西安经济升级的战略思考

摘　　要：近年来,我国经济发展进入新常态,金融业作为现代经济的血液,如何更好支持实体经济发展成为当前金融工作的重要方向。正处于"一带一路"、国际化大都市、自贸区建设等多重机遇的西安,应把握机遇发展新金融,优化金融生态环境,让金融业带动其他产业发展,切实提高金融服务实体经济与社会发展的深度和广度。本文结合西安经济现状及金融发展情况,探讨金融助推西安经济转型升级的有效路径。In recent years,China’s economic development has entered into a new normal.As the blood of modern economy,it is an important direction of the current financial work for the financial industry how to better support the development of the real economy.With such opportunities as“The Belt and Road”,the international metropolis,the free trade zone and so on,how should Xi’an seize the opportunity to develop the new finance,optimize the financial ecological environment,let the financial industry drive the development of other industries,and effectively improve the depth and breadth of the finance’s serving for the real economy as well as the economic and social development?Combined with the current economic situation and financial development of Xi’an,the paper explores the effective way for finance to promote the transformation and upgrading of Xi’an economy.
