摘　　要：目的分析2014年10月至2016年10月期间宁夏银川地区胆囊结石主要成因构成比的变化。方法对2014年10月至2016年10月期间在宁夏自治区人民医院确诊的1250例胆囊结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组胆囊结石患者的好发年龄段为40~69岁,占患者总数的65%,其中以50~59岁组人数所占比例最高。胆囊结石患者女性多于男性,男女之比为1∶1.37,较本地区早期报道的比例明显减少。结论宁夏银川地区胆囊结石的高发年龄及男女比例发生了变化:高发年龄段后移,男性所占的比例增加尤其在20~29岁年龄组最为突出。Objective To analyze the constituent ratio changes of the main gallstones’etiology from 2014.10 to 2016.10 in Yingchuan,Ningxia.Methods The clinical data of 1250 patients were analyzed retrospectively,and who have been diagnosed as the gallstones in the department of hepatobiliary surgery of Ning Xia Yinchuan area from October 2014 to October 2016.Results The peak age of cholecystolithiasis was from 40 to 69 years old,accounting for 65%of the total,of which the highest proportion was 50 to 59 years old group;There are more women with gallbladder stones than men,and the ratio of male to female is 1:1.37,which is signifi cantly reduced compared to the early report.Conclusion The peak age of gallstone incidence and the ratio of male to female have been changed in Yinchuan,Ningxia:The peak incidence ages become older and the proportion of the male increased especially in the 20 to 29 age group.
