摘　　要：目的:探讨护理人员自行设计并研发老年患者皮肤干燥评估系统,使其更利于实际工作流程,满足临床需求。方法:应用"使用者自建模式",利用Microsoft Excel 2010及内部的Excel VBA工具进行系统开发,由护理人员独立设计、研发出老年患者皮肤干燥评估系统;并采用自行设计调查问卷对65名护士进行试用评价调查。结果:对老年患者皮肤干燥评估系统评估问卷各项测量指标进行统计分析,在知觉有用、知觉易用、态度倾向、行为意向四个方面,统计结果均分4.0~4.5分,证明护士对此信息系统的认可度比较高。结论:护理人员参与信息系统的设计,对软件可行性起非常重要的作用,并能有效提升护理服务质量。Objective:To explore the design and development of skin drying assessment system for elderly patients,and make them more conducive to the actual work process and meet clinical needs.Methods:Using the"user self-built model",Microsoft Excel 2010 and the internal Excel VBA tools to develop the system,the nursing staff independently design and develop the skin drying evaluation system for the elderly patients,and use the self-designed questionnaire for the trial and evaluation of 65 nurses.Results:The statistical analysis of the measurement indexes of the skin drying assessment system for elderly patients was carried out in four aspects of perceived usefulness,susceptibility to use,attitude tendency and behavioral intention.The average score of the statistical results was 4.0~4.5 points,which proved that the nurses′recognition of this information system was higher.Conclusion:The participation of nursing staff in the design of information systems plays a very important role in the feasibility of software and can effectively improve the quality of nursing services.
