摘　　要：本文选取西北五省区省际面板数据,运用静态面板估计、BCC模型和DEA-Malmquist指数分析法,实证检验西北地区金融发展对实体经济的影响,并测算其支持效率。本文提出以创新融资模式、推进供给侧结构性改革为重点的金融结构优化,以引导金融资本流向、完善金融监管制度为支撑的金融监管强化,是提升金融支持实体经济效率的关键。Based on the analysis on reasons for the financial support to the development of the real economy,selecting the provincial panel data of five provinces in northwestern China,using static panel estimation,BCC model and DEA-Malmquist index analysis method,the paper makes an empirical test on the impact of the financial development on the real economy in northwestern China,and evaluates its support efficiency.The paper points out that the optimization of the financial structure focusing on the innovative financing mode and the supply-side structural reform as well as the strengthening of financial regulation supported by the guidance of the flow of financial capital and the improvement of the financial regulation system is the key to improving the efficiency of financial support to the real economy.
