摘　　要：当前我国不断深化供给侧结构性改革,环境治理任务繁重,环保投资需求巨大,加强生态环境保护和生态文明建设,引导金融市场向低碳型经济转型、构建绿色金融体系正当其时。本文在梳理国际国内绿色金融发展的基础上,构建我国绿色金融发展评价体系,以期为绿色金融的发展提供参考。At present,the supply-side structural reform in China has vigorously been promoted,tasks in environmental governance is heavy,and the investment in environmental protection is huge,in which strengthening ecological environment protection and ecological civilization construction,guiding the financial market to transition to a low-carbon economy and establishing a green financial system are at a proper time.Based on reviewing the development of international and domestic green finance,the paper builds China’s green finance development evaluation system and explores the endogenous motivation to promote the development of green finance in order to provide reference for the development of green finance.
