摘 要:管道悬跨是海底管道的常见工况,在油温和油压作用下,管道会发生竖向整体屈曲.竖向屈曲如果不加以预防或控制将导致管道发生破坏,但是针对悬跨管道竖向屈曲的研究较少.本文利用ABAQUS软件建立了悬跨管道竖向屈曲有限元模型,对悬跨管道的竖向屈曲过程进行了分析,并通过参数分析研究了悬跨长度、管道直径以及管道重量等几个重要参数对其屈曲位移和屈曲轴力的影响.结果表明,悬跨管道同样存在竖向屈曲风险;管道直径和悬跨长度是对其竖向屈曲最重要的两个影响因子;大管道直径以及小悬跨长度会导致跳跃屈曲,工程中应避免出现;小管道直径以及大悬跨长度会产生平滑的变形过程,加以控制,可以保证管道安全.Free span is a common working condition in subsea pipelines.In this case upheaval buckling may occur as a result of oil temperature and inner pressure.Upheaval buckling,if it is handled improperly,can break the pipeline.However,research related to upheaval buckling of free span pipeline is limited.In this paper,finite element model of free span pipeline is built in ABAQUS to analyze the upheaval buckling behavior of the pipeline.Parametric study is carried out to research the influence of free span length,diameter and weight of pipeline on the buckling response of displacement and axial force.The results show that free span pipeline takes the risk of upheaval buckling.The key factors influencing the upheaval buckling response are diameter and free span length of the pipeline.Larger diameter and smaller free span length may lead to snap buckling,which should be avoided in practice.Upheaval buckling with small diameter and large free span length is smoother,which should be carefully controlled in practice to ensure the safety of pipeline.
