摘　　要：简要介绍了《环境保护重点设备名录》的基本情况及制定背景,对该名录的政策执行效果进行了综合评价,分析了该名录在政策设计和执行中存在的主要问题,提出该名录政策创新的思路和建议。The paper briefly introduces the basic situation and background of the establishment of<Catalogue for Environmental Protection Key Equipment>,makes a comprehensive evaluation on the policy implementation effect of the catalogue,analyzes the main problems existed in the policy design and implementation and puts forward the thoughts and suggestions on the policy innovation of the catalogue.
