索利那新联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究索利那新联合坦索罗辛治疗III型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将2015年12月21日至2017年6月21日收治的78例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分成两组,各39例。对照组患者接受索利那新治疗,试验组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加用坦索罗辛。结果治疗后,试验组临床症状总积分,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,不良事件发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论索利那新联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者能有效改善患者临床症状,减少负面情绪,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of solifenacin combined tansoloxin in the treatment of typeⅢprostatitis.Methods 78 patients with classⅢprostatitis from 21 December 2015 to 21 June 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups,39 cases in each group.The control group received Solifenacin treatment,on the basis of this,the experimental group patients was given tansoloxin.Results After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms,HAMA score,HAMD score and incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Solifenacin in treating the patients with typeⅢprostatitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the negative emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
