低位小切口术式治疗女性甲状腺良性结节50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察低位小切口术式治疗甲状腺良性结节的效果。方法选取医院收治的甲状腺良性结节女性患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予传统的治疗方式切除甲状腺良性结节,观察组予低位小切口术式。结果对照组术中出血量为(72.2±10.3)mL,观察组为(43.3±5.1)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组平均手术时间为(63.7±10.3)min,观察组为(38.8±12.8)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组平均住院时间为(6.9±1.2)d,观察组为(4.5±1.4)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组手术切口长度为(6.7±1.1)cm,观察组为(3.5±0.6)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论与传统术式相比,低位小切口术式有术中出血量少,平均手术和平均住院时间短,手术切口短,患者满意度高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of low-small incision in the treatment of benigh thyroid modules.Methods 100 cases of benign thyroid nodules in our hospital.were randomly divided intothe control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional treatment of thyroid benign nodules,and the observation group was treated with low-small incision.Results The amount of bleeding in the control group was(72.2±10.3)mL,while(43.3±5.1)mL in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean operative time in the control group was(63.7±10.3)min,while in the observation group was(38.8+12.8)min,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time of hospitalization was(6.9±1.2)d in the control group,while in the observation group was(4.5±1.4)d,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the length of operative incision was(6.7±1.1)cm,while in the observation group was(3.5±0.6)cm,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery,low-small incision has many advantages,such as low intraoperative blood loss,short operative time,short hospitalization time,short incision length and high patient satisfaction.
