现场管理用于护理安全管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价企业现场管理方法应用于护理安全管理中的效果。方法引进现场管理之资源管理方法,通过对病区物品药品分区分类标识管理、可视化管理、台账管理、空间管理等,保证物品、药品数量清楚,应用安全、高效,保障工作环境安全、舒适、员工身心愉快。结果通过现场管理,病区形成标准化的医疗资源管理手册,与上年度同期比较,医疗纠纷、护理风险事件明显下降,患者第三方满意度明显上升(P<0.05)。结论护理管理引入现场管理方法,能有效改善病区环境,提高安全管理效果和患者满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of on-site management on nursing safe management.Methods Introduce the resource management method of on-site management into the nursing safe management.Through the classification of disease in the ward,visual management,accounting management and space management,it will be ensured that the number of drugs is clear,safe and efficient.To ensure safe and comfortable working environment,and to make the staff feel comfortable and happy so that their work efficiency will be improved.Results Through the on-site management,the ward formed a standardized medical resource management manual.Compared with the same period last year,medical disputes,nursing risk events were decreased significantly,and the third party satisfaction were increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management introduced the site management method can effectively improve the ward environment,improve the safety management effect and patients'satisfaction.
