皮肤磨削加自体表皮移植术治疗面部白癜风45例及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤磨削加自体表皮移植术对面部白癜风的临床疗效及术前、术后的护理效果。方法选取2015年4月至2016年9月在医院皮肤科就诊的面部白癜风患者45例,对其采用皮肤磨削加自体表皮移植术,并给予恰当护理。结果经过专人进行半年的随访统计,仅有4例患者治疗后病情无变化,总有效率达91.11%;护理满意度达95.56%(43/45)。结论皮肤磨削加自体表皮移植术治疗面部白癜风临床疗效较佳,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of skin grinding and autologous epidermal grafting in treatment and nursing of patients with vitiligo,and the effects of preoperative and postoperative nursing.Methods Totally 45 patients with vitiligo from April 2015 to September 2016 in the dermatology department of our hospital was selected to study the effect of this method.Results After six months of follow-up,only four patients had no change after treatment,and the total effective rate was 91.11%.Conclusion Grinding plus autologous epidermal grafting skin in the treatment and nursing in patients with facial vitiligo has a good clinical curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
