基于多元化视角应用人本位整体护理模式优化脑立体定向手术护理体系

摘　　要：目的分析基于多元化视角应用人本位整体护理模式提升脑立体定向手术护理质量,丰富专项护理内涵,细化分级护理内容,优化护理体系构建中的效果。方法基于脑立体定向手术患者护理问题的复杂多样性,制订多元化临床护理实践方案。选取医院神经外科2016年6月至12月收治的758例脑立体定向手术患者,分析方案实施后患者对手术的护理满意度、基础护理合格率、健康教育知晓率及不良事件发生率。结果人本位整体护理方案实施后,患者护理满意度、基础护理合格率、健康教育知晓率均较实施前显著提高,不良事件发生率较实施前显著降低,差异明显。结论针对脑立体定向手术患者护理问题的复杂多样性,基于多元化视角,进一步完善人本位整体护理模式内涵,做到脑立体定向手术护理人文化、个性化、随机化、多变化,术中护理有侧重点、有针对性,可显著提高定向手术护理满意度和护理质量,对丰富专项手术护理内涵,细化分级护理内容,优化护理体系构建有着重要意义,值得临床深入研究。Objective To analyze the effect of the holistic nursing mode of the human standard based on the view of diversification in improving nursing quality of stereotactic brain surgery,enriching the connotation of special nursing,refining the content of graded nursing and optimizing the construction of nursing system.Methods Based on the introduction of the holistic nursing mode of the human standard,based on the complexity and diversity of nursing problems of the patients undergoing stereotactic brain surgery,a diversified clinical nursing practice scheme was formulated.758 patients received brain stereotaxic operation from June 2016 to December 2016 were included in the study.Summary and analysis of patients'satisfaction with operation,qualified rate of basic nursing,awareness of health education and incidence of adverse events after the implementation of the program.Results There were significantly improved after the implementation of the program.Conclusion Based on the complexity and diversity of nursing problems of the patients undergoing stereotactic brain surgery,further perfecting the connotation of the holistic nursing mode,nursing culture,individuation,randomization and variety.There were significantly improved the nursing quality,enriching the connotation of special nursing,refining the content of graded nursing and optimizing the construction of nursing system it is worthy of clinical study.
