摘　　要：目的建立阴炎净洗液的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法。方法依利特ODS2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流速:1.0 mL/min;流动相A:乙腈,流动相B:0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温为25℃,检测波长选择210 nm和280 nm。结果建立了阴炎净的HPLC指纹图谱,标示出33个共有色谱峰,同时对其中5个色谱峰进行归属。结论双波长指纹图谱实现了较为全面的评价,建立的方法灵敏、准确、简单,分离效果好,可作为阴炎净洗液质量评价的方法。Objective To establish fingerprint methods in Yinyanjing Lotion by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods A Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at 25℃.The flow-rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and 280 nm.Results The common modes for the HPLC fingerprints were set up by ensuring 33 common peaks in the chromatograms.5 chemical constituents were analyzed qualitatively.Conclusion Dual-wavelength chromatographic fingerprint can realize the analysis of a formula as a whole.This method is sensitive,accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of Yinyanjing Lotion.
