摘　　要：为探讨临床药师培养的方法 ,本文总结了临床药师培训带教方法并介绍了临床药师培训教学经验。同时结合内分泌专业特点,将每个药学监护工作环节设计成规范化表格和教案的形式有利于学员快速掌握,使整个培训带教工作井然有序,规范进行。To discuss the cultivation of clinical pharmacist,this paper summarized the effective methods of clinical pharmacist training and introduced the teaching experience in detail.Combined with the professional characteristics of endocrine,each pharmacy monitoring work was designed into standardized forms and lesson plans during the training.This application made it easier and quicker for students to grasp the knowledge,and keep the entire training in an orderly and standardized manner in practice.
