B超引导下麦默通微创旋切术与开放式手术治疗未婚女性乳腺良性病灶的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨B超引导下麦默通微创旋切术与开放式手术对未婚女性乳腺病灶的治疗效果。方法:挑选2014年9月-2016年9月在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的患乳腺肿块的未婚女性患者63例,术后病理均证实为良性,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,分别应用B超引导下麦默通微创旋切系统手术与传统的开放式手术,对比两组手术切口及瘢痕大小、手术时长、术中出血量及术后并发症发生情况。结果:试验组和对照组乳腺肿块均顺利完全切除。其中,试验组手术切口及瘢痕大小、手术时长、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后满意度为87.5%,对照组为64.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导下麦默通微创旋切手术系统在治疗未婚女性的乳腺良性病灶方面具有创伤小、恢复快的优势,而且美容效果优势明显,较传统开放手术更具临床价值。Objective:To campare the clinical effect of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive operation and open operation on unmarried women of benign breast mass.Method:A total of 63 unmarried female patients with breast mass who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected,and random divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated by open operation.The treatment group was treated by ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive system.The size of incision and scar,the length of operation,the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:All breast masses were resected completely in two groups.The operative incision and scar size,operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complication rate in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction of the experimental group was 87.5%,while that of the control group was 64.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive system can improve the clinical effect on unmarried women of benign breast mass.
