摘  要:目的:分析护理流程优化对门诊分诊护理质量的效果。方法:选取2016年6-10月于笔者所在医院门诊就诊的200例患者,根据就诊时间分为观察组和对照组,各100例,观察组给予护理流程优化模式分诊,对照组给予常规护理模式分诊,比较两组患者的分诊质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组分诊时间、等候时间、就诊总时间分别为(3.23±0.55)min、(16.34±3.21)min、(18.25±4.33)min,对照组分别为(5.22±1.21)min、(21.09±4.37)min、(19.21±4.52)min,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组投诉率为1%,对照组投诉率为7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理满意度分别为92%、80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理流程优化能缩短门诊患者的就诊时间,提高护理满意度,减少医疗纠纷。Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing process optimization on outpatient triage nursing quality.Method:A total of 200 patients were enrolled in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2016.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of treatment,and each group was given 100 cases.The observation group was given the triage of nursing process optimization model and the control group Conventional nursing model triage,the quality of triage and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of triage,waiting time and total visiting time in the observation group were(3.23±0.55)min,(16.34±3.21)min and(18.25±4.33)min respectively,and those in the control group were(5.22±1.21)min,(21.09±4.37)min and(19.21±4.52)min,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The complaint rate was 1%in the observation group and 7%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing between the two groups was 92%and 80%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimization of nursing process can shorten the outpatient visit time,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce medical disputes.
