低泡无泡型工业清洗剂的研究

摘　　要：概述了泡沫形成的原因及消泡机理;介绍了低泡无泡工业清洗剂开发的三个方向;列举了典型的低泡表面活性剂、溶剂、非表面活性剂和消泡剂,分析了应用难点。并提出了解决方案。提出了重视研发配套的清洗工艺。Foaming and defoaming mechanism were summarized;three methods for controlling foam of industrial detergent were presented;typical low-foam surfactants,solvents,non-surfactant materials,defoamer were introduced;problems of those material application in formulations were discussed,and the solutions were put forward.The research and development of supporting cleaning technology were highlighted.
