摘 要:针对货车超偏载检测装置检测精度失准可能会影响正常的铁路作业及运输秩序,通过分析影响超偏载检测装置检测精度的主要因素,提出超偏载检测装置与动态轨道衡数据比对、超偏载检测装置检测空车与车辆自重数据比对等2种评价超偏载检测装置检测精度的方法,基于2种方法得出的设备误差与设备期间核查误差间的相关性分析及数据对比,验证此2种评价方法的可行性。Inaccurate detection accuracy of the overloading and unbalanced loading detection device may affect the normal operation of railway and the order of transportation.Based on the analysis of the main factors influencing the detection accuracy of the overloading and unbalanced loading detection device,this paper put forward two kinds of evaluation methods,i.e.,the data comparison between the overloading and unbalanced loading detection device and the dynamic track scale,and the data comparison between the detection weight of empty vehicle and the self-weight of the vehicle.Based on the correlation analysis and data comparison between the equipment error calculated by these two methods and the error of period verification,the feasibility of these two evaluation methods was verified.
