摘  要:为了使水钢2500m3高炉冶炼顺行,研究了鼓风动能对高炉冶炼的影响,得出如下结论:鼓风动能随着风量、风温的增大而增大,随着热风压力、风口面积的增大而减小。在水钢现有原燃料条件下,保持风压和风温不变,通过改变入炉风量,可以改变鼓风动能大小。由Fluent软件模拟可知,鼓风量增加,软熔带位置显著升高,但软熔带形状基本不发生变化,仍为平坦的“倒V”型;鼓风量增大后,煤气流分布变化不大,但会增大回旋区,将改变下部煤气流分布。In order to make the 2500 m3 blast furnace smelting to go smoothly,Shui Steel studied the influence of blast kinetic energy on the blast furnace smelting and obtained the following conclusions.The blast kinetic energy could be increased with the increase of the blast volume and temperature,and decreased with the increase of the blast pressure and the tuyere area.Under the existing condition of raw materials and fuels in Shui Steel,in the case of the blast pressure and temperature keeping constant,the blast kinetic energy could be changed with change of the blast volume.According to the Fluent software computational simulation,as the blast volume increased,the position of the soft melting zone rose significantly,but the flat inverted-V shape of soft melting zone almost didn't change.As the blast volume increased,the coal gas flow distribution had no obvious change,but the revolving area would be enlarged,which would change the coal gas flow distribution in the lower part of blast furnace.
