摘　　要：结合上海徐家汇中心华山路项目,根据逆作法施工的特点和难点,对工程采用的双向同步逆作法施工过程进行了针对性的研究。其中,对作为施工阶段水平支撑体系的结构楼板进行水平加固处理,同时采用了合理布置出土口和行车路线、合理安排挖土机和驳运工具等技术措施,使工程得以顺利进展,亦为同类技术的推广和应用提供了借鉴和参考。Combined with the Huashan Road project of Shanghai Xujiahui Center,and according to features and difficulties of top-down construction method,a targeted study was carried out on the construction process of bidirectional synchronous top-down method.Among them,the horizontal reinforcement system is used as the horizontal support system in the construction stage.At the same time,some technical measures such as reasonable arrangements of unearthed exit,driving route,and rational arrangement of excavators and transfer tools are adopted to make the project go smoothly.It can also provide references for promotion and application of similar technologies.
