摘 要:【目的】探究冬季利用园地消纳沼液对赤红壤温室气体排放的影响及排放通量与土壤温、湿度的关系,为冬季园地适宜的沼液施用管理提供参考。【方法】采用土柱培养方式,分别以每隔6(S6)、12(S12)和18 d(S18)的频率浇灌沼液,连续72 d观测土壤温室气体的排放通量,研究沼液施用的影响效应;此外,通过5 d的短期培养试验,研究沼液和葡萄糖配合施用对土柱土壤温室气体排放的影响效应。【结果】与纯水处理相比较,S6处理的土壤CH_4、CO_2和N_2O累积排放通量均显著增加(P<0.05);虽然S12和S18处理的累积排放量均高于纯水处理,但是处理间无显著差异(P>0.05);在沼液中添加葡萄糖,施用后土壤的CH_4、CO_2和N_2O排放通量分别是纯沼液处理的1.8、25.0和3.9倍;回归拟合显示,S6处理的N2O排放通量与土壤温度和湿度均呈指数函数关系。【结论】冬季在园地土壤施用沼液的间隔期应大于6 d,且应避免与新鲜的有机质同时施用,以减少沼液对土壤温室气体排放的增强效应。【Objective】The presented study aimed to investigate the effects of biogas slurry application on greenhouse gas emission from lateritic red soils during winter and the relationship between emission flux and soil temperature and moisture,and provide reference for management of biogas slurry applying in winter field.【Method】An incubation experiment based on soil core was conducted,and the effects of biogas slurry application on soil greenhouse gas emissions were monitoring continuously for 72 d.The involved treatments were applyed by biogas slurry with interval of 6(S6),12(S12)and 18 d(S18)respectively.Furthermore,a combined application of biogas slurry and glucose was carried out by incubation experiment in short-term(5 d),for testing the effects on greenhouse gas emission from soil core incubation.【Result】Comparing to the pure water treatment,the cumulative emission flux of CH4,CO2 andN2O were significantly increased in treatment S6(P<0.05).Although the cumulative emission flux of S12 and S18 were higher than that of control,the differences were not significant(P>0.05).However,the emission flux of CH4,CO2 and N2O from soil applied with biogas slurry adding glucose were as 1.8,25.0 and 3.9 times as that of pure biogas slurry application.Moreover,the fitted regression analysis on treatment S6 showed that there were exponential relationships between soil N2O emission flux and soil temperature,and between soil N2O emission flux and soil moisture.【Conclusion】In terms of applying biogas slurry into orchard soil during winter,the time intervals should be over 6 d,and application combining with fresh organic matter should be avoided for minimizing the soil greenhouse gas emission enhanced by biogas slurry.
