摘　　要：从1979年中美关系实现正常化,至2016年中美举行第八轮战略与经济对话和第七轮中美人文交流高层磋商,中美经贸关系共经历了四个阶段,包括冷战后期基于相互战略需要的经贸关系十年建构期、冷战后围绕中国在美享受最惠国待遇进行谈判和交涉的十年讨价还价期、中国加入世界贸易组织后中美经贸摩擦与纠纷加剧的五年磨合期,以及两国经贸关系十年战略与经济对话期。中美经贸关系在不同的历史阶段展现出了各自战略目标的差异性,以及双边经贸关系向国际化演进的历史轨迹。From the establishment of the Sino-U.S.diplomatic relations in 1979to the holding of the eighth round of the China-U.S.strategic and economic dialogue and the seventh round of the China-U.S.high-level consultation on people-to-people exchanges in 2016,the Sino-U.S.economic and trade relations have experienced four phases.The first phase was the post-Cold War decade of constructing economic and trade relations based on mutual strategic needs.The second phase was the decade of negotiation over China's most-favored nation status in the U.S.after the Cold War.The third phase was the period of five years in which Sino-U.S.economic and trade frictions and disputes had intensified since China joined the WTO,and the fourth phase was the decade of strategic and economic dialogue on both sides'economic and trade relations.At different historical stages,China-U.S.economic and trade relations have revealed the differences in their respective strategic goals,and the historical track of the evolution of bilateral economic and trade relations towards internationalization.
