参竹精片治疗肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察参竹精片治疗肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。[方法]筛选符合肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征诊断标准及入组条件的患者102例,予参竹精片连续服用1个疗程(4周),以用药前后肾阴虚型量表评分、疲劳量表(FS-14)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)量表评分为疗效指标,记录服药前后各量表的指标变化,并以临床疗效判定标准进行临床疗效评价。[结果]参竹精片治疗可明显降低患者肾阴虚型量表总积分、主症积分和次症积分(P<0.01);明显降低患者疲劳量表总积分和躯体疲劳积分(P<0.01);增加SF-36量表中生理机能纬度、生理职能纬度、躯体疼痛纬度、精力纬度、社会功能纬度积分(P<0.01);102例患者中显效24例,有效70例,无效8例,治疗的总有效率为92.15%。[结论]参竹精片可明显改善患者疲劳、肢体酸痛等躯体疲劳症状,对肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征具有较好的临床疗效。[Objective]To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenzhujing tablets for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type.[Methods]Screening chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type diagnostic criteria and the set of conditions of 102 cases of patients,to take the Shenzhujing tablets 1 treatment course(4 weeks),with kidney yin deficiency type rating scale before and after medication,fatigue scale(FS-14)score,SF-36 scale score of curative effect,the record of each scale indicators before and after medication,and the clinical curative effect of judgment standard for clinical effect assessment.[Results]The Shenzhujing tablets treatment can obviously reduce the patients with kidney yin deficiency type scale total score,primary symptom integral and time points(P<0.01).It can obviously decrease fatigue scale for patients with total scores and body fatigue(P<0.01)and increase the SF36 scale latitude physiological function,physiological functions of latitude,body pain,social function,energy latitude integral(P<0.01).The 24 cases were markedly improved in 102 patients,and 70 cases were effeciency,8 cases were inefficiency.The total effective rate was 92.15%.[Conclusion]The Shenzhujing tablets can obviously improve patients’fatigue,body aches,body fatigue.It has better clinical curative effect for chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type.
