不同次数体外受精-胚胎移植治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕患者影响因素的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同次数体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕患者的影响因素。方法收集2014年10月至2016年5月在我院行IVF-ET治疗的输卵管阻塞性不孕女性,分析不同移植次数患者的一般情况、治疗方案、FSH、LH、E2水平、子宫内膜容受性有无差异。结果 1次组患者平均年龄最小,不孕年限最短,治疗方案以长方案为主,2、3次组以短方案为主。1次组FSH、LH、E2值偏低患者所占百分比低于2、3次组,2次组低于3次组。3次组患者子宫内膜厚度显著低于1次组(P<0.01)。1次组A型内膜、子宫内膜及内膜下血流分型Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型所占百分比高于2、3次组,2次组高于3次组。结论年龄是影响输卵管阻塞性不孕女性IVF-ET成功的因素之一;首次IVF-ET患者倾向于长方案治疗,而2、3次IVF-ET患者则更容易采用短方案治疗;治疗次数越多越容易发生FSH、LH、E2分泌不足和子宫内膜容受障碍。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of IVF?ET on patients with oviduct obstructive infertility.Methods The fallopian tube obstructive infertility women received IVF-ET treatment were enrolled from October 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital.The general condition of patients received different times of transplantation,treatment,FSH,LH,E2 levels,and the receptivity of endometrium presence of differences were analyzed.Results The average age of patients in the primary group was the lowest,the infertility was the most deficiency.The treatment regimen was mainly based on the long program,and the treatment regimens in the secondary and tertiary group were mainly short.The percentages of FSH,LH and E2 of patients in the primary group′s were lower than those in the secondary and tertiary group.Similarly,the percentages of FSH,LH and E2 of patients in the secondary group were lower than those in the tertiary group.The endometrial thickness of patients in the tertiary group was significantly lower than that in the primary group.The primary group of type A lining,endometrium and endometrial blood flow to the partingⅡ,Ⅲpercentage were higher than those in the secondary and in the tertiary group.Conclusions Age is one of the factors influencing the success of IVF-ET.Patients with IVF-ET tended to have long program treatment,while the secondary and tertiary patients with IVF-ET were more likely to adopt short program treatment.More treatments may result in the deficient secretion of FSH,LH and E2,and the injuried endometrium.
