摘　　要：目的探讨G6PD缺乏的不育患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的结局,为其行辅助生育治疗的知情选择提供帮助。方法对在珠海市妇幼保健院生殖中心2014年6月至2016年6月接受IVF-ET/ICSI-ET治疗的3 360个新鲜周期回顾性分析,选择女性G6PD缺乏行辅助生育治疗的患者82对为观察组,其中轻、中、重度缺乏的分别为42、20、20例,随机每年抽取50例女性G6PD值正常的为对照组,比较两组的受精率、卵裂率、种植率、临床妊娠率及流产率。结果观察组和对照组的受精率、卵裂率、种植率、临床妊娠率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 G6PD缺乏不影响行IVF-ET的结局。Objective To investigate the effect of G6PD-deficient female infertility on the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,and to provide an informed choice for assisted reproductive therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 3 360 fresh cycles of IVF-ET/ICSI-ET treatment was conducted in Zhuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital Reproductive Center from January 2014 to December 2015.Female patients with G6PD lack of line-assisted fertility treatment were selected for observation group,among them,42 cases,20 cases and 20 cases were lack of light,moderate and severe diseases.randomly selected 50 cases of female G6PD is not a lack of 100 pairs of control group,compared the fertilization rate of two groups,eggs crack rate,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate.Results There was no significant difference in fertilization rate,cleavage rate,implantation rate,and clinical pregnancy rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions G6PD-deficient female patients have no effect on in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer outcomes,and informed consent is fully informed prior to assisted reproductive treatment.
