摘　　要：利用O2O模式构建大型科学仪器开放共享网络管理平台能够提高仪器设备的使用效率,分析利用在运营中所获取的大数据资源有助于进一步提升服务效能。首先分析重庆大型科学仪器开放共享平台的现状及存在的问题。然后针对存在的问题提出构建基于O2O模式的大型科学仪器开放共享网络管理平台,并对网络管理平台进行架构设计、用户需求分析、功能需求设计,阐述网络管理平台的特色优势,以及基于O2O模式构建的重庆大型科学仪器资源共享网络平台所取得的初步成效。最后就网络管理平台持续运营提出几点建议。Building of Large Scientific Instruments Resource Sharing Platform by using O2O mode improves the use efficiency of instruments and equipment,and promotes service efficiency achieved form big data resource services.This paper firstly analyzes current situation and its problems in Chongqing Large Science and Technology Resource Sharing Platform.From it,puts forward thinking of large sci–tech instrument open-sharing network management platform based on O2O mode,carries on structure design to network management platform system,analysis of the user requirements,design of function requirements,expounding of feature superiority in network management,and introduces initial effect.Finally,this paper proposes some proposals for continue service of network management platform.
