中美篮球训练体制与人才培养比较研究

摘　　要：美国是篮球运动的发源地,拥有全球最大的体育体系——NBA,在篮球训练及人才培养模式上,有着较为丰富的经验,且在不断发展中已形成完善的系统。通过管理机制、教练招聘、比赛制度、俱乐部运行体制等方面,对中美篮球训练体制及人才培养模式进行比较,进而总结出我国篮球训练体制及人才培养模式上的不足,提出相关针对性建议。The United States is viewed as the birthplace of the basketball movement,possessing the world’s biggest sports system-NBA,which owns relatively rich experience in basketball training and talent cultivation model and has formed a complete system in the continuous development.This paper makes a comparison study on the basketball training system and the personnel training model in China and the United States in terms of management mechanism,coach recruitment,competition system,club operation system,etc.,then points out the deficiencies in basketball training system and personnel training model in our country,and thus puts forward relevant countermeasures.
