摘　　要：观赏树木栽培课程"四化两性两融合"改革是以就业为导向,以职业能力和职业素质培养为核心,通过优化教学内容,优化教学安排,实施项目化教学设计,多样化教学,实行多元化考核评价,课程优质教学实现资源共建共享,教学与生产、考核与考证有机融合,课程的教学投入和企业的用工成本明显减少,职业能力和职业素质培养得到加强,课程的教学质量明显提高。The teaching reform on the course of ornamental tree planning by“four-principles,two features and two integrations”involves the following things:taking employment as the orientation,taking professional ability and professional quality training as the core,optimizing teaching contents and teaching arrangement,carrying out the project-based teaching design and diversified teaching,implementing diversified evaluation,achieving sharing high-quality teaching resources,combing teaching and production,organically integrating assessment and certificate-obtaining,dramatically reducing teaching investment and enterprise labor costs,strengthening professional ability and professional quality training,and significantly improving teaching quality.
