摘　　要：带式输送机的阻力计算与确定方法受到了社会广泛关注。本文对带式输送机阻力计算的研究进行了回顾;分析了压陷滚动阻力产生的机理和分析计算的主要方法,介绍了压陷滚动阻力的测试与计算方法;提出了从主曲线得到Prony级数参数的求解病态代数方程问题转化为优化问题的方法,采用遗传算法得出了较为精确的Prony级数参数;对主要阻力中的物料内摩擦阻力、输送带的弯曲阻力、托辊的轴承阻力等的计算方法进行分析;通过带式输送机的计算实例比较各项阻力所占比例;指出当前带式输送机的设计中所存在的问题,包括CEMA计算方法、带式输送机全生命周期设计、低滚动阻力输送带的应用、测试结果与计算方法等方面。为带式输送机系统的设计计算提供参考。The method of calculating resistance of conveyor has been getting wide attention.The author reviews the research of calculating conveyor’s resistance,analyzes the mechanism of production for indentation rolling resistance and the primary method of calculating it,introduces the testing and calculating method of indentation rolling resistance.A method of translating the question of solving ill-conditioned algebraic equation according to parameters of Prony series which get from the principal curve into optimizing question is presented,and more precise parameters of Prony series are obtained by the genetic algorithm.The calculating method of internal friction resistance of materials,bending resistance of belt,and resistance of bearing of roller in main resistance is analyzed.The proportion of every kind of resistance is compared by a compute instance of conveyor.The problems of design calculation of conveyors is indicated in this paper,cover CEMA calculating method,full life circle design of conveyor,application of low rolling resistance belt,test result and calculating,etc.The aim of doing so is to provide reference for design calculation of conveyors.
