摘  要:针对造纸废水生化出水COD不达标的问题,本文采用常规Fenton氧化工艺进行处理,研究了不同因素对其处理效果的影响,并对该法成本进行分析。结果表明,进水pH为3.5、Fe^(2+)投加量6 mmol/L、H_2O_2投加量8 mmol/L、反应时间40 min,出水清澈,色度和悬浮物显著降低,COD去除率为84.41%,COD降至50 mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。Aiming at the problem that COD of papermaking wastewater biochemical effluent is not up to standard,this paper uses conventional Fenton oxidation process to study the influence of different factors on its treatment effect,and analyzes the cost of the method.The results showed that the influent pH was 3.5,the Fe2+dosage was 6 mmol/L,the H2O2 dosage was 8 mmol/L,and the reaction time was 40 min.The effluent was clear,the chroma and suspended matter were significantly reduced,and the COD removal rate was 84.41%.The COD is reduced to 50 mg/L,which meets the Class A standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002).
