农产品加工工业园区污水处理工程设计应用

摘　　要：在污水处理工程中,某农产品加工工业园区采用预处理+水解酸化+A_2O+MBR+紫外消毒的工艺。运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,出水能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级B的要求;在处理单元的设计上,调节池、应急储水池和水解酸化池,能很好地解决工业园区污水的水质水量冲击,为后续生化处理系统提供有力保障;改良型A_2O工艺前置有预缺氧池,能较好地解决脱氮除磷之间的矛盾。In the sewage treatment project,an agricultural product processing industrial park adopts a process of pretreatment+hydrolysis acidification+A2O+MBR+ultraviolet disinfection.The operating results showed that the process was stable and the effluent could meet the requirements of Class B of the"pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plants".In the design of the treatment unit,the adjustment pool,emergency storage pool and hydrolysis acidification pool can solve the water quality and water impact of industrial park sewage well,and provide a strong guarantee for the follow-up biochemical treatment system.The improved A2O process is preceded by a preoxygen-deficient tank,which can better solve the contradiction between denitrification and phosphorus removal.
