摘　　要：本文通过分析城市土地可持续利用所面临的挑战,结合广州市城市土地利用评价分析,从集约土地利用、完善土地利用规划、优化土地利用结构等方面提出了广州市城市土地可持续利用的对策建议,这对于指导城市土地高效利用和土地资源保护具有积极的参考价值。In this paper,through the analysis of the challenges faced by the sustainable use of urban land,combined with the analysis of urban land use evaluation in Guangzhou,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the sustainable use of urban land in Guangzhou from the aspects of intensive land use,improvement of land use planning and optimization of land use structure.The proposal has positive reference value for guiding the efficient use and protection of urban land.
