个体化健康教育和针对性用药指导对糖尿病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个体化健康教育和针对性用药指导对糖尿病患者的影响。方法本次研究对象共78例,均选自本院2016年2月至2017年6月所接收的糖尿病患者,分为两组,即观察组与对照组,对照组患者接受的是常规护理,观察组患者接受的个体化健康教育和针对性用药指导护理。对比两种护理措施对患者生活质量改善情况,对比患者对两种护理措施的满意程度情况。结果两组患者在接受治疗与护理之后,不仅血糖得到了有效的控制,患者的生活质量也有了较为明显的改变,但在护理后两组生活质量评分上,观察组与对照组之间具有显著差异,即P<0.05。患者在接受护理后,经调查发现观察组患者对护理工作不满意的共有1例,对照组患者对护理工作不满意的共有7例,两组之间差异具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论在糖尿病患者疾病的治疗工作当中个体化健康教育和针对性用药指导有较高的应用价值,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effects of individualized health education and directed drug guidance on patients with diabetes.Methods The subjects in this study were 78 cases of diabetic patients were selected from our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 received,divided into two groups:observation group and control group,the control group received the routine nursing care,observation of health education and targeted treatment group received individual nursing instruction.The improvement of the quality of life of the two nursing measures was compared,and the satisfaction of the two nursing measures was compared.Results Two groups of patients after treatment and nursing,not only the blood glucose was controlled effectively,the quality of life of patients also have obvious change,but the score of quality of life of the two groups after nursing,with significant differences between the observation group and the control group,P<0.05.After receiving nursing,the survey found that 1 patients were not satisfied with the nursing work in the observation group,and 7 patients in the control group were not satisfied with the nursing work.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,that is,P<0.05.Conclusion The individualized health education and directed drug guidance have high application value in the treatment of the disease of diabetic patients.It is worth popularizing.
