全程外科护理干预直肠癌患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察全程外科护理在直肠癌患者中的护理效果。方法选取自2015年1月至2017年1月在大连大学附属新华医院收治的直肠癌手术患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用普通护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用全程外科护理干预,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表及患者满意度评分量表观察两组患者焦虑和患者护理满意度。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论全程外科护理干预可以改善直肠癌手术患者的焦虑状态、提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the nursing effect of whole course nursing in patients with rectal cancer.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017 in the Department of general surgery in our hospital 60 cases of patients with malignant tumor,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method,30 cases in the control group,the normal nursing methods,experimental group of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of the whole nursing intervention,the Hamilton anxiety scale and patient satisfaction in the observation two groups of patients with anxiety and patients'satisfaction rating scale.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course nursing intervention can improve the anxiety status and improve the satisfaction of the patients with rectal cancer operation.
