摘 要:目的观察在对泌尿外科患者实施护理服务过程中人性化护理措施的应用效果。方法将72例泌尿外科患者作为此次研究的对象,病例选择时间为2015年6月至2016年6月,将其根据护理方式的不同分为人性化组与对比组每组各36例患者,人性化组患者给予人性化护理服务,对比组患者给予常规护理。结果人性化组患者护理总满意率为94.4%明显高于对比组患者的护理总满意率为80.6%,结果对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);人性化组患者与对比组患者并发症发生率分别为3.1%、15.6%,人性化组发生率低于对比组,结果对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与对比组相比,人性化组患者的护理满意率更高,并发症发生率更低,具有更好的临床效果,应被广泛推广。Objective To observe the effect of Humanized nursing in the course of nursing service for urology patients.Methods 72 cases of urology were selected from June 2015 to June 2016.The cases were divided into 36 patients in each group according to the different nursing styles.The patients in the group of humanization were given humane nursing service and the patients in the group of contrast were given routine nursing care.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing care was 94.4%higher than 80.6%in the contrast group.The result was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 3.1%and 15.6%in the Humanized group and the contrast group respectively.The incidence was lower in the Humanized group and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the contrast group,the nursing satisfaction rate was higher,the incidence of complications was lower,and it had better clinical effect.
