摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预对创伤性耳聋患者心理及听力的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2016年4月至2017年4月于大连大学附属新华医院耳鼻喉科接受治疗的创伤性耳聋患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理方案,试验组30例,应用优质护理方案,观察两组患者焦虑水平及听力测定结果变化情况。结果创伤性耳聋患者应用优质护理方案后,试验组焦虑水平明显降低,听力测定结果由于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论创伤性耳聋患者应用优质护理方案临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high quality nursing intervention on deaf and deaf patients.Methods From April 2016 to April 2017 in the Dalian University Affiliated Xinhua Hospital Department of ENT for treatment of traumatic deafness patients in 60 cases,the experimental group and the control group were applied randomly group,30 cases in the control group,routine nursing program,30 cases of test group and application of high quality nursing program,observe the change of patients'anxiety levels in the two groups and hearing the determination results.Results After the application of high quality nursing program,the anxiety level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing program in patients with traumatic deafness is of good clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
