结构化团队护理模式在急诊流程及时效性中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结构化团队护理模式在急诊流程及时效性中的应用效果。方法此次研究对象共有128例,均为本院2017年2月至2017年12月急诊科所接收的患者。按照患者入院接受治疗的奇偶顺序进行分组,将这128例急诊科对象分为两组,即护理组与对照组,每组人数各64例。结果在接受护理之后,在急救过程中的各项指标上,护理组与对照组在不少方面都存在统计学差异,即P<0.05。护理组与对照组患者在接受抢救后,每组均由抢救成功和抢救不成功的患者,且在抢救成功率的对比上,两组患者之间还存在显著差异,即P<0.05。护理组与对照组患者在接受抢救工作后,护理人员将患者送至病房进行观察,在随访的过程中发现每组均有患者出现不良症状。且在不良症状的发生率上,护理组与对照组之间还具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论在急诊科室的护理人员一定要具有深厚的专业知识理论以及超高的急救抢救理念,而将结构化团队护理模式应用在急诊科室的护理工作中,便可以有效提高护理人员的工作效率,提高抢救工作的成功率,减少术后的不良发生率,此类护理模式是具有较高临床应用价值的,值得我们推广使用。Objective To explore the application of structured team nursing model in emergency process and timeliness.Methods A total of 128 patients were enrolled in the emergency department of the hospital from February 2017 to December 2017.According to the parity sequence of patients admitted to hospital,the 128 emergency subjects were divided into two groups,namely the nursing group and the control group,with 64 cases in each group.Results After receiving nursing,there were statistical differences between the nursing group and the control group in many aspects,that is,P<0.05.The patients in the nursing group and the control group received rescue after the rescue,and each group was not successful in rescuing and rescuing patients.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of rescue,that is,P<0.05.The patients in the nursing group and the control group received the rescue work,and the nurses sent the patients to the wards for observation.During the follow-up,they found that there were bad symptoms in each group.In the incidence of adverse symptoms,there was a statistical significance between the nursing group and the control group,that is,P<0.05.Conclusion Nursing staff in emergency department must have profound professional knowledge theory and first aid high rescue concept,and the structured team nursing mode applied in nursing work in emergency departments,can effectively improve the work efficiency of nursing staff,improve the rescue success rate,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse.This model of care is with high clinical value,worthy of promotion.
