慢性心力衰竭老年病例四维舒适护理的实践研究

摘　　要：目的分析慢性心力衰竭老年病例四维舒适护理实践研究之效果。方法选择2017年1月~7月于我院住院诊治的慢性心力衰竭老年病例60例纳入本研究护理对象范畴,按每组30例随机等分为试验、对照两组病例,对照组按常规心力衰竭护理内容施加干预,试验组于此基础上新增四维舒适护理,对两组同类入选病例干预后四维度舒适评分施以比较分析。结果试验组老年慢性心力衰竭护理对象干预后四维度舒适评分显著高于对照组同类型观察病例(P<0.05)。结论以四维舒适护理模式对慢性心力衰竭老年护理对象施加干预,对该类病例具备积极的身心环境与社会舒适度提升效应。Objective To analyze the effect of four-dimensional comfort nursing practice of chronic heart failure.Methods Choose January 2017 to July,2017 in our hospital in the hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of senile chronic heart failure cases of 60 cases included in this study the nursing object category,according to the 30 cases in each group randomly divided into test and control two groups of cases,such as the control group by conventional nursing hf content exert pressure,experimental group on the basis of new four-dimensional comfortable nursing,the four dimensions of two groups of similar cases selected after the intervention comfort ratings to comparative analysis.Results The comfortable scores of four dimensions of elderly chronic heart failure nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-dimensional comfortable nursing model was used to intervene in the elderly nursing objects of chronic heart failure,and it had a positive physical and mental environment and social comfort enhancement effect.
