中西医结合疗法对高血压病患者情志及临床效果的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加味越鞠丸对高血压患者血压指标及血压相关指标的影响。方法选取笔者所在医院2015年1月至2017年3月门诊及住院的高血压患者共120例作为研究对象,对照组患者给予福辛普利10 mg/d口服;观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予加味越鞠丸口服,对比两组患者血压情况及血糖情绪指标。结果干预后两组患者血压水平均较干预前下降,干预后两组对比,观察组血压显著低于对照组血压,有统计学差异(P<0.05),干预后两组患者血糖及胰岛素抵抗指数均较干预前下降,干预后两组对比,观察组血糖及胰岛素抵抗指数显著低于对照组血压,有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组患者干预后SAS及SDS均较干预前下降,干预后两组对比,观察组血糖及胰岛素抵抗指数显著低于对照组血压,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论加味越鞠丸能缓解高血压患者症状,缓解焦虑及抑郁状态,并改善患者胰岛素抵抗,中西医结合疗效更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Yuejuwan on blood pressure and blood pressure related index index.Methods The Clinic Hospital in January 2015-March 2017 year and a total of 120 cases of hospitalized patients with hypertension as the research object,the control group were treated with oral Phu Simpson Leigh 10 mg/d;the patients in observation group were treated with modified Yuejuwan orally,compared two groups of patients with blood pressure and blood glucose sentiment index.Results After the intervention of blood pressure level of patients in two groups were decreased compared with before intervention,after the intervention between the two groups,the observation group blood pressure blood pressure was significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),after the intervention of the two groups of patients with blood glucose and insulin resistance index were significantly decreased compared with before intervention,after the intervention between the two groups,the observation group of blood glucose and insulin the resistance index of blood pressure was significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),two groups of patients after the intervention of SAS and SDS were decreased compared with before intervention,after the intervention between the two groups,the observation group of blood glucose and insulin resistance index was significantly lower than the control group blood pressure,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yuejuwan can relieve symptoms in patients with hypertension,anxiety and depression,and improve insulin resistance,better efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
