优质护理干预对肛瘘手术患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察优质护理对肛瘘手术患者的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2015年1月至2017年1月于大连大学附属新华医院接受手术治疗的肛瘘患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,术后应用常规护理方案,试验组30例,应用优质护理方案,观察两组患者的感染发生率及患者临床满意度。结果优质临床护理方案提高临床护理满意度,降低患者术后感染发生率,试验组疗效优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理对于肛瘘手术患者安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing on anal fistula.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017 from 60 patients with anal fistula in our hospital surgery treatment cases,the experimental group and the control group were applied randomly group,30 cases in the control group,using conventional nursing plan after surgery,30 cases of test group and application of high quality nursing program,two groups were observed in patients with clinical infection rate of satisfaction and patients.Results The high quality clinical nursing program improved the clinical nursing satisfaction and decreased the incidence of postoperative infection.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing is safe and effective for anal fistula operation.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
