皮肤创面诱导凝胶治疗老年Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压疮效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤创面诱导凝胶对老年Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮治疗的效果。方法样本来自2016年1~12月在我院住院的75例老年患者,按是否接受皮肤创面诱导凝胶分为治疗组和对照组,治疗时间为3个月,比较两组老年患者治疗效果。结果经过3个月的治疗,治疗组痊愈6例(15.38%),有效16例(41.03%),无效16例(41.03%),恶化1例(2.56%);对照组痊愈2例(5.13%),有效3例(7.69%),无效14例(35.90%),恶化17例(43.59%)。P<0.01差异有统计学意义。结论与常规保守治疗相比,对老年Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮使用皮肤创面诱导凝胶,可以达到更好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Skin-induced gelatin in treatment for pressure sore of gradeⅢ-Ⅳin older patient.Methods This analysis was performed on 75 older patients who underwent pressure sore of gradeⅢ-Ⅳduring the year of 2016.These patients were divided into threated group and compared group by received skin-induced gel treatment or not randomly.Compare the treatment effects of two groups of elderly patients Compare the treatment effects of two groups of elderly patients.Results After 3 months,there were 6(15.38%)cured,16(41.03%)effective,16(41.03%)noneffective and 1(2.56%)worsen in threated group,compared with 2(5.13%)cured,3(7.69%)effective,14(35.90%)noneffective and 17(43.59%)worsen in compared group.The threating results was difference between two groups by analyses(P<0.01).Conclusion There was positive effect of Skin-induced gelatin in treatment for pressure sore of gradeⅢ-Ⅳin older patient.
